Stolpe Castle

From 1945, the Stolpe Castle had been gradually falling into ruin. In 1996, the restoration works began conducted by the Municipality of Stolpe and the Stolpe Castle Support Society. The castle is available for various functions and events.

Stolpe Castle, which was increasingly left to decay after 1945, has been and has been gradually restored since 1996 by the Stolpe community and the Friends of Stolpe Castle e.V. The castle can be rented for celebrations.

Owned by the von Schwerin family since the 13th century. 1905 Conversion of the simple baroque manor house into a historic-romantic palace. Municipal property since 1995 and renovation work started. 2001 Founding of the Stolpe e.V. association. Since 2004 numerous cultural events in the castle, such as concerts and readings. Rooms can be rented for celebrations.
