"The dark side of Angermünde" - on the trail of dungeons, heretics and criminal cases

With a new themed tour, Angermünde invites its residents and guests on a spooky tour into the abysses of older and more recent history.

Angermünde. Unusual perspectives, exciting stories at original locations and many legends about criminal cases from six centuries promise a new offer that the Angermünde Tourism Association is launching in 2022.

A special city tour shows "The dark side of Angermünde". The approximately one-hour tour leads from Friedenspark and Straße des Friedens along the town wall to Jägerstraße and across the market square to "Haus Uckermark". What sounds like a "normal" tour through the historic town center is actually a tour on the trail of criminal cases, dungeons, pillories, executions and murder.
