• Address: Piłsudskiego 53, 75-900 Koszalin

This Neoclassical villa was built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The single-story house, which has a basement, was constructed on a square plan. It was built of solid ceramic bricks set in cement-lime and lime mortar. A modern, two-story addition was attached to the northwestern part of the building. The building is topped by a multi-pitched roof covered with copper sheet metal. Until 2005, the villa served as the headquarters of the Koszalin Museum. Currently, the building is managed by the Koszalin University of Technology. Despite this, the building stands unused and can only be admired from behind the fence.
