Edward Rokosz - expanded dimensions of the universe

Due to great interest in the "Edward Rokosz Universe" exhibition, its duration has been extended until March 30, 2025. It was originally scheduled to be available until February 23, so it is on that day that the Museum has prepared a unique event entitled "Edward Rokosz - the expanded dimensions of the universe."

The event will begin with a dance performance by American dancer and choreographer Sara Berman Rokosz, the artist's wife. The dance arrangement was created with reference to the works of Edward Rokosz, providing a unique form of dialogue between movement and visual art.

Afterwards, you will be invited to a meeting entitled "Around the Universe of Edward Rokosz - Memories", which will explore both the artistic and personal side of the artist. The guests of the panel will be people who knew Edward Rokosz at different stages of his life: before his emigration, after his return to Poland and during his stay in the United States. The meeting will begin with a panel discussion in the form of a free conversation, and then the audience will be invited to share memories and anecdotes. The whole event will be complemented by a slide show, which will bring closer not only personal moments from the artist's life, but also photographs of his works and realizations that are unknown to the general public.
