How to transfer property on death? - lecture by Dr. Krzysztof Grzesiowski

We invite you to a meeting with Dr. Krzysztof Grzesiowski from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Szczecin as part of the next meeting of the Senior Academy series.
During the lecture, various methods of estate succession planning will be pointed out, allowing for the effective and compatible transfer of assets after the owner's death.
Key legal instruments such as wills, donations, legacies and life annuity contracts will also be discussed. The issue of statutory inheritance, the possibility of an inheritance waiver agreement and issues related to the reserved portion will also be discussed.
The lecture will be held on March 25, 2025 at 2:00 pm in the Conference Room of the Maritime Science Center (1st floor).
