Polish Traditional Karate Championships 2025

The Polish Traditional Karate Championships will be held on April 12-13, 2025 at the Netto Arena sports hall in Szczecin. The organizer of the competition is the Pupils' Sports Club "Pomerania Szczecin" and the co-organizer is the Polish Union of Traditional Karate (PUKT). The Pupils' Sports Club Pomerania-Szczecin was established in October 2010 on the initiative of traditional karate enthusiasts. The club is celebrating its fifteenth anniversary in 2025. Among the students of UKS Pomerania-Szczecin there are many titled competitors, some of whom will defend the title of champion at this year's championships. The main organizer of the competition is the Polish Union of Traditional Karate, which currently unites 36 clubs from all over the country. The Polish Traditional Karate Championships is the most prestigious tournament in this discipline in the country. The best athletes from clubs all over Poland, including current medalists at the World and European Championships, compete in the competition. We are expecting about 600 people in Szczecin for the start. It will be a unique opportunity for Szczecin to see so many outstanding karatekas in action. The starts of the youngest competitors are also an integral part of this prestigious tournament. The entire second day of the competition will be devoted to the rivalry of children, who will have the opportunity to present their skills at the largest sports facility in Szczecin. The competition is under the honorary patronage of the President of the City of Szczecin, the Marshal of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship Olgierd Geblewicz, the Governor of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship and the Ministry of Sport and Tourism. The event will be held with the financial support of the public task from the funds of the Szczecin City Hall.
