19TH EUROPEAN NIGHT OF MUSEUMS NIGHT STORY OF POMERANIAN WITCH. SYDONIA VON BORCK - the 405th ANNIVERSARY OF THE STORYTELLING May 17 (Saturday) This year's Night of the Museums at the Castle of Pomeranian Dukes in Szczecin will take visitors on a journey full of magic. This is a unique opportunity to visit the Castle in a truly mystical atmosphere, enchanted by the most famous Pomeranian witch, Sydonia von Borck. From 18:00 to 23:00 the exhibitions in the South Wing (entrance L), East Wing (entrance A and J) and on the castle terraces will be waiting for visitors. Only on this night there will be special attractions: - special exhibition: Sydonia von Borck in the graphics of Andrzej Maciejewski - a modern interpretation of the fate of Sydonia von Borck juxtaposed with the problems of women of the modern world (East Hall), - lectures by Dr. hab. Agnieszka Gut (18:30 and 19:30; Hall of Anna Jagiellonka), - thematic photo booths (referring to the era and the exhibitions presented), at which it will be possible to take commemorative photographs (South Wing and East Hall). From 18:00 to 23:00 it will be possible to enter the Tower of Bells (entrance E) - the tower of the former castle church. All permanent exhibitions and outdoor exhibitions will also be available.
