34th International Color Art Festival

The 34th Color Art International Fine Art Festival It has been 34 years since the first edition. We started as a regional art competition, so that after years of work by the entire team of the Goleniow House of Culture, with the support of the Friends of Color Art, we created an event of international scope and recognized brand. Despite the changing times, the goals we set ourselves when organizing the Festival remain the same, the main one being the use of art to build respect, understanding and peace between people. Each edition of the festival is about supporting talents, education through art and promoting the work of children and young people.While realizing all of the above goals, we do not forget about the psychological well-being of participants and caregivers, securing the possibility of a good and valuable time: walking, talking and playing together, and this year also inviting a psychologist. Since 1997, the Color Art Festival has been under the honorary patronage of the Polish Committee for UNESCO. In 2024, the patrons included: UNICEF Poland, ORPEG - the Center for the Development of Polish Education Abroad, as well as the Marshal of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship Olgierd Geblewicz and the Mayor of Goleniów Municipality. Proceedings: the first stage of the event is an art competition for children and young people (6-17 years). A jury of visual artists, making an evaluation, selects the best works, which are presented at an exhibition in Goleniow and in a catalog accompanying it *Opening of the exhibition with a prize-giving gala (May 9, at 12:00 - Municipal and District Public Library in Goleniow). * Art workshops in Miedzywodzie (May 9-14, 2025). 21 winners as part of the award are invited to participate in the festival and art workshops. The qualities of the coastal town, the beauty of nature, the beach, which is the place of artistic activities, make the nature of the event really special and our festival unique.
