Musical art therapy session | OSTOJA JAZZ

Ahead of us is a unique meeting with music and emotions - a therapeutic workshop with elements of jazz, prepared especially for seniors. The musical art therapy session is not only a moment of relaxation with the sounds of jazz, but above all a space for self-expression, establishing relationships and being together "here and now". The event is aimed at activating the elderly, building relationships and counteracting social exclusion. The workshop will be conducted in the spirit of the Danish Hygge philosophy, which focuses on comfort, safety and cordiality. This is a great opportunity to stop for a while, feel the community and let yourself be swept away by the magic of improvised music - in the warm, friendly atmosphere of the Ostoja Palace. ???? The workshop will be conducted by students of the Academy of Arts in Szczecin - participants of the "Ostoja Jazzu" project. Registration is required for the workshop. ------ "Ostoja Jazzu" is a unique educational and animation project that will take place between June 16 and 21. At its center will be music, intergenerational integration and the Danish philosophy of Hygge, based on a warm, welcoming atmosphere and sense of community. The project will include music workshops for students of the Academy of Art in Szczecin, who - together with experienced Danish jazz artists - will form creative ensembles. The effects of their work will be heard at the Ostoya Palace during open events for the local community. The project has been co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage as part of the Cultural Program of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union 2025 under the SYNERGIE grant program
