14th Regatta for the Cup of the Mayor of Stepnica Town and Municipality

On July 12, 2025, Stepnica will once again become the sailing capital of the Szczecin Lagoon. On this day, the 14th Stepnica Regatta for the Cup of the Mayor of Stepnica will take place on the waters of Roztoka Odrzańska and the Lagoon – an event that has been attracting sailing enthusiasts from all over the region and beyond for years. The regatta is an integral part of the Stepnica Days 2025 celebrations – an annual festival of the town and municipality that combines sport, culture, and local tradition. It is an ideal opportunity to combine participation in the competition with family leisure and numerous attractions prepared by the organizers. Organized jointly by the Stepnica Municipality and the LOK Stepnica Sailing and Motorboat Club, the regatta has become a permanent fixture in the summer calendar of sporting and recreational events in our town. It is not only a high-level competition, but also an opportunity to meet, integrate the sailing community, and promote the charms of Stepnica. The regatta is open to ballast yachts classified in the ORC, KWR, OPEN and solo classes. The highlight of the event is the presentation of the prestigious Captain Robert Hilgendorf Challenge Cup, which this year will go to the winner of the KWR I group. Participants and spectators can look forward not only to sporting competition, but also to the unique atmosphere of this seaside town, created by its residents, sailing enthusiasts and visitors. The regatta ends with an official summary and award ceremony for the winners in the Stepnica amphitheater.
