The historic manor house in Ostoi is part of a manor complex dating from the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries. The Classicist-style manor house was built in 1825. It is a single-story building with an entrance via a porch. To the right of the main entrance, a two-story wing in the Neo-Gothic style was added in the second half of the 19th century; a side entrance is located next to it. The 19th-century part of the manor house has a basement and three stories, which are connected by a staircase. The roof on the addition is flat, while the roof covering the main section—built on a rectangular plan—is a gable roof on one side. There are small windows on the roof that provide light to the attic. On the rear facade, there is a small terrace projecting toward the park. The park surrounding the manor house is home to interesting and stately trees; there is also a beautiful and well-maintained pond, on the banks of which a long wooden table with benches and wooden stumps serving as seats have been set up. Farm buildings stand nearby; after the war, the site housed a state-owned farm (PGR), and in 1955, the estate was taken over by the Agricultural Academy in Szczecin, which established an Agricultural Experimental Station there. From 1993 to 2005, the entire complex was leased by the Agrokraj Company from Dobiegniew. The manor house was partially renovated in the second half of the 1990s. In 2002, the park was tidied up and cleaned. In 2005, the Renewable Energy Training and Research Center was established here, where conferences, seminars, and training sessions are held. The facility is accessible from the outside during the Center’s operating hours. As long as the gate is open, you can enter and inquire about the possibility of touring the grounds. Organized groups coming here to tour the facility and spend an extended period in the park should notify the administration in advance by phone or email.
