“Eco-activities in the municipality of Boleszkowice”

A two-day initiative aimed at promoting an eco-friendly lifestyle and encouraging residents, including passive youth, to spend their free time actively, thereby instilling a healthy lifestyle in the community. The initiative will be an ideal opportunity for intergenerational integration. In addition to sports activities, the project will include educational elements and real actions to protect the environment. Checkpoints will be set up along the route to solve an environmental puzzle. We are planning: 1. July 12, 2020 - "Family bike rally around the Boleszkowice Commune" among fields, forests, and lakes, after which we will invite cyclists to participate in a lecture on environmental protection and waste segregation, followed by themed competitions and games with prizes. Refreshments will be provided for participants. During the event, emphasis will be placed on promoting bicycles as an environmentally friendly means of transport. 2. August 2, 2020 – "Kayaking trip on the Myśla and Odra rivers" among the nature and beautiful scenery of the Boleszkowice lowlands. Before the trip, participants will be made aware of the need to protect rivers and water bodies, and they will also be involved in cleaning the Myśla and Odra rivers along the route. A pleasant and useful activity. After the trip, participants will be invited to take part in competitions and barbecue sausages together. Both bicycle rallies and kayaking trips are great activities that will have a real impact on participants' environmental awareness and improve the state of the environment.
