Along the main street, Grunwaldzka Street, there are a number of historic villas. One of them is located at 4 Grunwaldzka Street. It is a two-story, brick building constructed on a high plinth. The building was erected in the early 20th century. In the central part of the facade, there is a spacious balcony supported by two pillars. The villa’s windows are highlighted by whitewash. Particularly noteworthy are the wooden elements supporting the roof gables. The corners of the building feature rusticated detailing.
The building is currently a private residence; the villa was added to the list of historic monuments in March 1987. A building located a short distance away—the villa at 9 Grunwaldzka Street, which currently houses a post office—is nearly identical to the one at 4 Grunwaldzka Street.
