FAMA Festival 18-23 August 2025 Świnoujście - Anniversary edition

The JUBILEE is coming! The 55th edition of the Fama Festival is approaching. From August 18 to 23, we will take over the Islands and meet in Świnoujście. Six days filled to the brim with nearly 50 free events await you. As befits an anniversary, it will be exceptional both in terms of the competition and the special events, to which we cordially invite you. Every day, the ms44 gallery will host authors as part of the 15th edition of the Miejsca Literatury (Places of Literature) series. It is here that you will be able to listen to conversations with Łukasz Orbitowski and Jul Łyskawa, Michał Tabaczyński, Weronika Murek, Mateusz Grzeszczuk, Iga Dzieciuchowicz, and Przemysław Kowalewski. We invite you to the Municipal Cultural Center every day for meetings with the performing arts, which will begin on Monday with a performance by the Silesian Theater entitled "Popioły. Milenium" (Ashes. Millennium), directed by Misha Czorny (produced by the Acting School and the School of Playwriting). The North Swimming Pool Hall will become our concert center, where you will hear the competition artists, as well as special guests, namely Hania Derej Trio, Paulina Przybysz, Głupi Komputer, and Izzy and the Black Trees. The festival will end on Saturday at 9:00 p.m. with a unique concert at the Marek Grechuta Amphitheater.
