The historic villa on Wojska Polskiego Avenue is one of many historic buildings on this street. It was built between 1895 and 1896. It is designed in a style typical of urban architecture from that period. The building is laid out on a rectangular plan and features elaborate architectural details. The building’s facade is made of red brick, which contrasts with the white plaster bands adorning the window openings and separating the individual stories. The semicircular tower topped with a cupola is particularly striking. The tower features a coat of arms depicting an eagle. It is built into the tenement house, giving it a fairy-tale-like character.
It currently serves as the headquarters of NSZZ Solidarność. The building was entered into the register of historic monuments in 1999.
