MielNogami Run

On September 6, 2025, a unique event will take place in Mielno – the MielNogami 2025 Run. The start is planned on the beach at Słoneczna Street, near the Aviators' Monument. It is an ideal opportunity to combine sport, recreation, and fun, while promoting volunteering and a healthy lifestyle. The race office will open at 9:00 a.m. At 10:00 a.m. sharp, runners will set off on a 10-kilometer course, which must be completed within 100 minutes. The event will end at around 11:30 a.m. The race route runs through varied terrain. A small part of it runs along streets, about 40% is marked out on foot and bicycle paths, and more than half of the distance runs along the beach, which guarantees an unforgettable sporting experience. The entry fee is PLN 30, payable during online registration. Each participant will receive a race number, a commemorative medal at the finish line, and professional electronic timing. The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over with a valid medical certificate or who signs a declaration of participation at their own risk. Minors may also participate, provided they have the consent of their legal guardian, expressed on site at the competition office. The best runners in the women's and men's categories will receive trophies for first, second, and third place. It is also possible to register on the day of the competition, but no later than half an hour before the start of the race. The event is organized by the Cultural Center in Mielno and the "SFX" Association, and the media patronage has been taken over by the Rozbiegany Koszalin – BIEGNIJMY.pl portal.
