This eclectic villa was built in the early 20th century. The brick house has two above-ground stories covered by a high hipped roof and a deep basement. The corners and the frames of the windows and doors are adorned with exposed brickwork. Inside, visitors can admire the preserved ceiling medallions, wood paneling, and other minor details of the woodwork. The house is surrounded by a small garden. Also listed in the register of historic monuments are a farm building and a fence with wrought-iron grilles, posts, and corners made of brick. Since 1963, the villa—known as Dom Technika—has served as the headquarters of the Supreme Technical Organization in Koszalin. The building houses lecture halls, a café, the offices of the Technical Services Team, and the West Pomeranian Chamber of Civil Engineers.
