The building was constructed in the second half of the 19th century. It is a half-timbered structure built on a rectangular plan. The single-story building has a partial basement. The house is covered by a gable roof with interlocking roof tiles. During the interwar period, the northern facade of the house, including the main entrance and the roof extension, was rebuilt. The front walls of the house reveal a post-and-beam framework in a truss arrangement. The four-paned Karst-style windows have been preserved. The building’s ceilings are wooden, and the spaces between the beams are wrapped in straw braids. In the building’s entrance hall, there is a wooden staircase leading to the attic. The staircase is a single-flight, stringer-type staircase.
