We invite you to unique yoga classes in the atmospheric interiors of the Training and Conference Center of the Przelewice Garden Palace. It is a great opportunity to start the day in harmony, relax your body and mind, and spend time in an elegant, inspiring space. Date: January 18, 2026 Time: 10:00 a.m. Location: Training and Conference Center, Przelewice Palace The classes will be led by Joanna Frey, a yoga instructor with over 5 years of experience and owner of the Osiędbanie Studio in Barlinek. Joanna conducts workshops for children and adults, traditional yoga classes, and yoga in slings. In her work, she focuses on joy, conscious living, improving health and well-being, and harmonious contact with oneself. What to bring: your own yoga mat.
