It is a space where time flows more slowly and working with clay becomes a form of relaxation and mindfulness. During the workshop, you will create your own artistic fruit platter – a unique decoration for your table and interior. You will learn the basic principles of working with clay, techniques for hand-forming ceramics, and the secrets of glazing as a method of decoration. Each piece will be unique, because you will decide on its shape, texture, and color scheme. Places are guaranteed after the transfer has been made. About the instructor: Magdalena Seredziuk-Grąbczewska was born in Szczecin in 1979. She currently lives and works in Tanowo, in the Police County. She is a lawyer, ceramist, painter, author of numerous literary texts and photographs, and freelancer. After ending her legal career in 2020, she is honing her skills in the visual arts, which she has been developing over the years in parallel with her professional career. She made her artistic debut with a solo exhibition in October 2021 as part of a project by Dr. Agnieszka Pawłowska and Dr. Mariusz Szajda, prof. AS, lecturers at the Academy of Art in Szczecin, Art of Values: Prophecy. Between 2022 and 2025, she practiced various techniques of ceramic firing, which became a discipline she particularly developed. She fires ceramics using classical and alternative techniques in various types of raku and saggar. Author of the project into.the.landscape.
