The Municipal and District Public Library in Goleniów, together with Health Tracker Anetta Wnuk, invite you to a meeting entitled "Developing passions and skills: how to invest time, knowledge, and energy in your hobbies," which will take place on January 13 at 5:00 p.m. at the library. The meeting will be led by Dr. Piotr Markwordt.
In adult life, where professional and family responsibilities often dominate, it is easy to forget about conscious personal development. This lecture will show you how to treat your hobbies and passions as an investment in yourself, in which time, energy, and acquired knowledge become "capital" that brings satisfaction, mastery, and real results. You will learn how to combine theory with practice, how to create real development projects, and how to develop competencies that enrich your everyday life and creative activities. During the meeting, participants will learn about the three pillars of development - desire, knowledge, and skills - as well as practical strategies for self-reflection and self-regulation that allow you to turn your passion into a source of lasting development and fulfillment.
Dr. Piotr Markwordt is the director of Noble House of Research Ltd., an expert in education, learning psychology, and human capital management. He combines a scientific perspective with practical consulting in the field of personal and professional development. He conducts research on effective learning, self-regulation, and project development strategy, and uses his experience to inspire others to consciously invest in themselves and develop their passions in adult life.
Admission is free, but space is limited.
