Sports Champions Gala – 71st Sports Poll by Kurier Szczeciński

The Sports Champions Gala is the culmination of the 71st Kurier Szczeciński Sports Poll for the best athletes and coaches in the West Pomeranian Province. It is the oldest sports poll in Pomerania and one of the oldest in the country. It enjoys unflagging popularity among the residents of Szczecin and the province. The event is accompanied by a festive atmosphere for all athletes and their fans. The introduction of new categories has meant that several generations of fans are involved in the poll. The most distinguished patron of sport in a given year, the team of the year, and the event that best promoted the region are honored. Traditionally, outstanding disabled athletes are recognized, as well as young athletes who have already achieved success in sports competitions. The poll is conducted in the Kurier Szczeciński newspaper in December 2025. The poll gala will be held on January 12, 2026, at the Hanza Tower in Szczecin.
