WINTER BREAK AT THE CASTLE - WINTER THEATER ACADEMY Classes for children aged 7-10 February 2-6 (Monday-Friday), 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Piwnica przy Krypcie Theater Tickets: PLN 250/child/week Theater and recitation classes for children aged 7-10, designed for the youngest lovers of the stage, words, and public performances. During the winter break, the Castle invites children to the world of theater—a place where words gain power and courage and imagination meet on stage. The classes focus primarily on recitation, working with text and voice, as well as building confidence and ease in public speaking. The Castle has been organizing recitation reviews and competitions for years. The Winter Theater Academy was created to prepare children to participate in such events and to awaken in them the joy of interacting with the stage and literature. During the classes, participants will: • recite, interpret, and work with text, • learn the basics of voice projection and diction, • learn how to behave on stage, • learn what an actor's work involves, • take a look "behind the scenes" of the theater, • work on their self-confidence and freedom of expression. The classes will be conducted by experienced Szczecin actors and cultural animators, including artists from the Pleciuga Puppet Theater, the Contemporary Theater, and the Polish Theater: Agata Kolasińska, Maja Bartlewska, Krzysztof Tarasiuk, Paweł Niczewski, and Piotr Bumaj. The meetings are artistic and educational in nature and do not constitute a form of recreation within the meaning of the law. The number of places is limited.
