In the face of demographic changes and the dynamic development of AI, many companies are asking themselves: how to scale up, attract talent, and remain competitive in the global market? In response to these challenges, we invite you to the international business conference "Future-proofing Your Business in a Changing Demographic and AI Landscape," which will take place on March 31, 2026. The event is organized by Klaster IT, Eryk IT, and the Center for Economic Initiatives of the Marshal's Office in Szczecin, Western Pomerania.
The conference will focus on the future of the labor market, the internationalization of business, and the role of AI and digitization in the development of enterprises. During the event, business leaders, IT experts, and representatives of public administration from Poland, Denmark, Nigeria, and Malaysia will share their practical experiences and proven business models.
Participants will gain knowledge about solutions for talent acquisition, building international teams, and cooperation with foreign markets, including Nigeria. The event will present real-life examples of companies that are successfully addressing skills shortages, demographic challenges, and the global transformation of the labor market. Speakers will include leading international experts in their fields.
