Do you like creating beautiful things full of character? Do your handicrafts, baked goods, or Easter decorations delight your loved ones? Or perhaps you are passionate about preparing traditional holiday dishes, or singing and dancing in a folk ensemble, cultivating the beauty of Polish folklore? If so, this event is just for you!
The West Pomeranian Agricultural Advisory Center in Barzkowice, Koszalin Branch, invites residents of the West Pomeranian Province to unique Easter competitions, which will take place on March 26, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at AMW Rewita Mielno, ul. Suriana 24, 76-032 Mielno (Unieście).
Easter is a holiday deeply rooted in Polish tradition—full of symbols of rebirth, family gatherings, colorful Easter eggs, palms, festive tables, and folk melodies. It is a time when creativity, taste, and culture come together as one. It is this atmosphere that we want to celebrate together.
The program includes:
• 9th Provincial Easter Competition "Easter with Tradition" – presentation of traditional Easter eggs and palms.
• "Easter Competition – Handicrafts" – handmade Easter decorations.
• "Easter Flavors – Holiday Baking Competition" – show-stopping holiday sweets: mazurkas, babkas, cheesecakes, and other baked goods.
• "Traditional Easter Dishes" – a competition dedicated to classic holiday dishes, such as sour rye soup, white sausage, pâtés, roasts, and Easter salads.
• "Easter Folk Band Competition" – music and dance in the spirit of Polish folklore.
