"The Great Marty"

The Film Discussion Club invites you to the Wałcz Cultural Center for a screening of Josh Safdie's film "The Big Short." March 27, 2026 (Friday), 7:00 p.m. "Muggy Marty" is a story about a charismatic and rebellious dreamer who wants to become a legend in the world of sports. The action takes place in the United States in the 1950s. Driven by ambition and a huge appetite for life, Marty will stop at nothing to achieve success. He forms risky alliances, seduces, balances on the edge of the law, and consistently pursues his plan. The film is a dynamic combination of comedy and drama, a portrait of a man obsessed with a vision of greatness and the price that must be paid for it.
