From March 20–22, 2026, the 94th Polish Senior Individual Table Tennis Championships—the most important national event in this sport—will take place at the modern sports hall located at 60 Racibora Street. For the first time in history, a competition of this caliber will be held in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
The 96 best players from across Poland will come to Szczecin, and together with coaches, officials, and accompanying personnel, the event will bring together approximately 200 participants. Over three days, fans will be able to watch top-level competition in the women’s and men’s singles, doubles, and mixed doubles events.
The tournament promises to be incredibly exciting—Polish national team members, European and World Championship participants, and top players from the national league will compete for medals.
The tournament will feature, among others:
Kamil Nalepa—defending Polish Doubles Champion, currently a player for the Griffin’s-Spin Szczecin first-division team.
Natalia Bajor – Olympian from Tokyo and Paris 2024, defending last year’s title
Miłosz Redzimski – Olympian from Paris 2024, defending last year’s title
Jakub Dyjas – a Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympian from Koszalin.
Additionally, the following players from our province will compete:
Alicja Łebek – coach of Griffin’s-Spin Szczecin, currently playing for the First League club from Dąbcze in Greater Poland
Judyta Chodyniecka – one of the youngest participants, a 16-year-old player from Stepnica
Kamil Kiljanek – a player for Griffin’s-Spin Szczecin
The event is organized by the Griffin’s-Spin Szczecin club in cooperation with the Polish Table Tennis Association and the West Pomeranian Table Tennis Association. About 20 club volunteers are also involved in preparing for the championships, supporting the organization of the event. The event is held under the honorary patronage of the Mayor, the Governor, and the Marshal.
The championships will not only be a sporting celebration but also an opportunity to promote Szczecin as a city open to major sporting events. Organizers expect 300–400 fans to attend, and the competition will be accompanied by additional attractions for children and families.
Sunday’s final matches will be broadcast on Polsat, and the entire event will be available on the Polish Table Tennis Association’s YouTube channel.
Admission for fans is free.
