37th Kyokushin Karate European Championships in Świnoujście

The 37th Kyokushin Karate European Championships will be held in Świnoujście for the third time. In 2017 and 2021, the event attracted approximately 600 competitors from across Europe. The competition features age and weight categories, as well as kata. We cordially invite you to cheer on the Polish competitors. Kyokushin karate is one of the toughest karate styles in the world. Strict rules and rigorous training mean you’ll be able to watch modern-day samurai in action. Below is the Dojo Oath, which every karateka adheres to. Osu 1. We will train our hearts and bodies to achieve a confident and unshakable spirit. 2. We will strive for true mastery of the art of karate so that one day our bodies and senses may become perfect. 3. With deep enthusiasm, we will strive to cultivate a spirit of self-sacrifice. 4. We will observe the principles of courtesy, respect for our elders, and refrain from violence. 5. We will look upward toward true wisdom and strength, abandoning other desires. 6. We will remain faithful to our ideals and never forget the virtue of humility. 7. Throughout our lives, through the discipline of karate, we will strive to understand the true meaning of the path we have chosen. 8.
