LIMBOSKI SOLO ACT CONCERT AND AUTHOR MEETING

WCK LIMBOSKI SOLO ACT Michał Limboski – singer, guitarist, and music producer. A Fryderyk Award nominee and the creator of hits such as “W trawie.” He has a unique guitar style that blends influences from surf rock, jazz, and fingerstyle. His work is inspired by blues and rock ’n’ roll, as well as the European tradition of literary songwriting. He spent the years 2020–2024 in Berlin, where he taught songwriting and guitar at the British music college BIMM and recorded an album with American singer Ray Thompson. In May 2025, his latest album, *Wieloryb*, was released by the Polish Radio Music Agency.   On October 20, 2024, his prose debut, *Wieloryby nie kłamią* (Whales Don’t Lie), was published—a collection of essays in which real places, events, and melodies serve as a starting point for reflections on music, memory, psychology, and spirituality. Autobiographical threads intertwine here with a narrative about Poland and its myths, about voices from childhood and the illusions of contemporary culture. We highly recommend it. Michał Limboski is also a native of Wałcz and an ambassador for the City of Wałcz.
