The manor house in Gawrońiec was built at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries. Initially, the building served as the residence of the steward who managed a large estate. In 1923, the estate’s owners at the time expanded the manor house. The new structure was built on top of the old one. The manor house was built on a rectangular plan, with an attached outbuilding forming an L-shape with the main building. The building has a basement, two stories, and a partially habitable attic. The roof is a combination of hipped and gabled styles, with two ridges. It is covered with ceramic carp-style roof tiles. Four tall chimneys dominate the roof. Large dormer windows are set into the roof slopes, providing light to the attic. The windows are rectangular and double-hung. The main entrance to the building is located in a projection topped with a triangular pediment. The garden-facing facade features a terrace from which stairs lead down to the garden. The building’s volume is 4,200, and its usable area is 1,100m². After World War II, the manor house was taken over by the State Agricultural Farm, which set up offices and employee housing there. It is currently privately owned, and the manor house can only be viewed from the outside.
