The Hero's Journey® Coaching Game

Do you feel like you’re stuck in a rut? Does something inside you tell you it’s time to move forward, but you don’t know where to start? The Hero’s Journey® is a coaching game that will guide you to the place that’s sometimes the hardest to reach—deep within yourself. What will you gain from the session? Pausing to reflect—you’ll look at your situation from a new perspective. Greater self-understanding—you’ll discover your resources, values, and strengths. Personal growth—you’ll set a goal, learn how to overcome obstacles, and take action despite difficulties. New skills—you’ll learn coaching techniques useful in everyday life. Support—you’ll meet people with similar aspirations and energy. The workshop is based on exercises, reflection, and working with unique cards that help create new possibilities and view yourself as the hero of your own journey.
