"Ba-LANS na KOŁACH" is a family bike ride with no entry fee, no age restrictions, and no stress. Three days of cycling, 125 kilometers along bike paths, forest trails, and dirt roads, across three counties in the West Pomeranian Province. We set off from Pławęcin (Gościno municipality) on Thursday, June 4, and plan to reach Iwięcin (Sianów municipality) on Saturday, June 6. And you? Will you join us—for one day, two days, or three? As your strength, time, and schedule allow. ????????We’re on a mission—the Rally will be an opportunity not only for shared physical activity and spending free time away from screens, but also to raise public awareness about the role of regular exercise in the prevention and treatment of type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
