10th FDJ CONCERT: JAN MAJEWSKI

Jan Majewski is a 20-year-old singer and guitarist from Radom who has gained recognition through his appearances on television music shows. Although he represents Generation Z, his work is deeply rooted in classic rock, drawing inspiration from artists such as Jeff Buckley, Led Zeppelin, and Jimi Hendrix. His distinctive guitar sound fits into the new wave of young musicians returning to organic playing. A breakthrough moment in his career was the single “Właściwie mi dobrze,” which earned him the Audience Award and the Trójka Award in the Debuts competition at the 60th National Polish Song Festival in Opole. Earlier, he won the Grand Prix at the Young Talent Festival, awarded by a jury that included Katarzyna Nosowska. After releasing his debut album, he began collaborating with an American producer associated with the legendary Sun Studio in Memphis, paving the way for international projects. At the same time, he is developing new Polish-language material with the band IQART Group. In 2026, he will perform at Next Fest and Great September, among others, promoting his debut EP, which will feature the single “Psychoza.”
