The charm of the City of Lights returns to the stage in the second installment of the musical spectacle “Under the Roofs of Paris.” This time, we’ll be transported to a France that’s not only classic, nostalgic, and woven from the sounds of Piaf and Aznavour, but also modern—colorful, vibrant, and pulsing with contemporary rhythms. This 2.5-hour evening of art and music is divided into two acts, each showcasing a different facet of French music.
It’s a journey from the Montmartre of yesteryear to today’s boulevards, from intimate chanson to the theatrical grandeur of a musical. Nearly 50 artists on stage—international soloists, an orchestra, and dancers (a mixed ballet troupe)—along with actor Sławomir Dolińca hosting the show, create a spectacle that evokes the atmosphere of romantic Paris and allows
you to find yourself, if only for a moment, in the very heart of France.
“Under the Roofs of Paris 2” is a concert dedicated to the most beautiful French songs. The event is a continuation of an acclaimed musical project, presenting a broad spectrum of repertoire that has shaped the identity of French musical culture for decades. The program will feature songs by legendary artists such as Édith Piaf, Charles Aznavour, Dalida, and Jacques Brel, as well as compositions by contemporary artists—including Stromae, Slimane, Indila, and Alizée.
A significant part of the concert consists of excerpts and songs from popular French musicals, such as *Mozart l’Opéra Rock*, *Roméo et Juliette*, *de la Haine à l’Amour*, and *Notre-Dame de Paris*. The program is further complemented by a classic operetta repertoire, including compositions by Jacques Offenbach. The concert blends diverse styles and eras, creating a cohesive, carefully crafted musical narrative. The event is aimed at a broad audience—including both lovers of classic French chanson and those who appreciate contemporary sounds and musical theater repertoire.
Modern Broadway-style expression meets classical elegance here, creating a dynamic yet exceptionally stylish spectacle. Each piece is told through movement, emotion, and imagery.
