Opening of the "Choszczeń Artists' Garden"

On June 30, 2026, at noon, the Choszczno “Książka Plus” Association, together with the Maria Dąbrowska Municipal Public Library in Choszczno, will open the “Garden of Choszczno Creators.” This unique place was created thanks to the joint efforts of residents, young people, volunteers, and librarians. It will become a space for meeting, relaxation, and reading, fostering the development of the local community—a place of inspiration, integration, and intergenerational dialogue—open to everyone who wishes to spend time surrounded by greenery, literature, and local history. The garden is a symbol of collective action and care for public spaces, and proof that a library can be a place of connection and closeness. It will be open during the library’s operating hours. The project is carried out by the Choszczno-based “Książka Plus” Association in cooperation with the Maria Dąbrowska Municipal Public Library in Choszczno, as part of SpołecznikNa5!—a program initiated by the Marshal of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
