The boulder "To the memory of the residents of Koszalin" was unveiled on 29.05.2015. Its author is Zygmunt Wujek.
The initiator of the monument was the Association of Friends of Koszalin. The monument commemorates more than 20,000 Germans buried between 1819 and 1926 in the cemetery, which was located in this place.

It is a granite boulder topped with a metal cross. The boulder bears a plaque with the inscription: "To the memory of the residents of the city of Koszalin before 1945." The inscription is repeated in German: "Zum gedenken der bürger der stadt Koslin".
