Export Workshops - Steering Toward Export

The workshop is aimed at micro, small, and medium-sized businesses that do not yet engage in export activities but have the potential and are considering entering foreign markets. The workshop will be led by an expert with experience in exporting. The hands-on format will allow participants to ask questions, discuss their own ideas, and work together to find solutions to specific problems related to their planned entry into foreign markets. There will also be time for networking and exchanging experiences with entrepreneurs from Western Pomerania. Participants will learn how to: - assess their company’s readiness for export, - select the right market, - find potential customers and partners, - analyze the competition, - prepare an offer and an export price. The workshop will also cover marketing, communication, negotiations, and the practical use of AI in export activities. Participation in the workshop is funded by de minimis aid.
