This workshop is designed for entrepreneurs who already have export experience and want to take the next step in developing their international sales. The expert leading the workshop will answer questions and work with participants on specific challenges they face in their export operations. This is an opportunity to compare your own strategies with the expert’s experience, discuss entering a new market, or identify areas for improvement. During the session, participants will explore topics such as: selecting and evaluating new markets, analyzing customers and competitors, positioning the company and building a competitive advantage, pricing strategy, international marketing, and negotiations. The session will also cover acquiring customers and partners, as well as using AI to analyze markets and competitors, research potential business partners, prepare proposals, and support communication.
