Do you trade goods with business partners in the European Union? Or perhaps your company is expanding its sales or purchases in the EU market and you want to find out when you’re required to file INTRASTAT declarations?
Join us for a webinar for business owners dedicated to the INTRASTAT system, which tracks trade in goods between EU member states
Event Description
During the session, participants will learn what INTRASTAT is, who is required to file reports, when the statistical obligation arises, and which goods are subject to reporting and which are excluded from the statistics. We will also discuss the rules for submitting reports, corrections, and document replacements, feedback messages from PUESC, and the most common mistakes.
This is a practical training session for companies that want to organize their knowledge, avoid irregularities, and better prepare to fulfill their obligations related to intra-EU trade.
Who is it for?
The webinar is aimed at business owners, employees in export and import departments, logistics, accounting, administration, and compliance, as well as those responsible within companies for documentation related to the trade of goods within the European Union.
What will you learn during the webinar?
During the session, we will discuss the most important issues related to the INTRASTAT system: the basic principles of the system, entities required to file reports, statistical thresholds, the point at which the statistical obligation arises, and the trade in goods covered by and excluded from the statistics.
In the second part of the training, participants will learn the rules for completing and submitting INTRASTAT declarations, the conditions and deadlines for corrections, feedback messages from PUESC, and simplifications that can be applied when filing declarations. The consequences of failing to file a declaration or submitting an incorrect one will also be discussed, including the reminder procedure and the process for imposing financial penalties.
Presenters
The webinar will be led by experts specializing in practical INTRASTAT matters:
