An Evening of the Four Well-Beings – Live Mantras, Breathing, and Meditation

Two peaceful hours just for yourself. The Evening of the Four Well-Beings is an intimate gathering with live music: Ewelina sings mantras (songs of power), accompanied by Krzysztof on guitar. The program includes gentle breathwork and mindfulness exercises, a guided meditation, and deep relaxation, followed by a cup of warm tea. No experience is necessary. You can sing along or simply listen. Location: Stajnia Modrzewie, Modrzewie 10i (approx. 30 km from Szczecin, 3 km from Goleniów).
