• Address: Plac Wolności 1, 74-240 Lipiany

The imposing Baroque-Classical town hall building (a single-story structure with a usable attic and an eleven-axis facade) was built in the second half of the 18th century. It is located in the western part of the irregularly shaped market square. Rebuilt after the fire of 1828, the building was crowned with a lantern, and the town’s coat of arms was placed in the tympanum. A well with a bas-relief was built into the side wall of the town hall, depicting three townspeople enjoying a local specialty—the famous Lipia beer. The building houses the City Hall. It is open to visitors during office hours.
