The farmstead dates from the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries. It is an example of an agricultural farm typical of this region. Originally, it was a post-and-mud structure; later, the mud was replaced with brick. The farmstead on Ludna Street, also known as the Kosiński Family House, is a typical agricultural building. It consists of a cowshed, a granary, a stable, and a pigsty. The complex of buildings, connected by a shared hipped roof, forms an enclosed quadrangle that can be entered through a wooden gate with a small wicket. During the season, the farmstead hosts temporary exhibitions of Slavic sculptures.
