An interesting group of buildings is the row of tenement houses on Grunwaldzka Street. The buildings date from the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries. Three half-timbered buildings—at 23, 25, and 27 Grunwaldzka Street—are listed as historic monuments.
The buildings on Grunwaldzka Street feature a six-axis facade with an exposed structural framework. The infill is made of ceramic brick, and the walls are plastered and whitewashed. These tenement houses also have enlarged window openings and 19th-century window frames.
The tenement houses are two-story structures designed on a rectangular plan. There are five tenement houses from the same period in this row, but the structural framework is clearly visible in only three of them. The buildings were constructed during the same period. The buildings on Grunwaldzka Street were added to the provincial list of historic monuments in August 1997.
