The watermill complex was built in the early 20th century. It consists of: the mill with an office section dating from 1910, the miller’s house from 1870 (renovated in 1910), a livestock building from 1920, and a transformer station. All the buildings are constructed of brick. Due to their functional nature, they were finished modestly. Decorative elements, also made of brick, include the window frames, the cornice, and geometric motifs placed below the windows on the mill’s second story. The watermill complex can only be viewed from the outside; those interested in touring a mill are recommended to visit the paper mill located on Św. Bonifacego Street.
