Over the centuries, this place has had many owners. They included Pomeranian families such as the von Natzmers, von Somnitzs, von Zutzs, and von Zitzewitzs. Currently, the place is also in private hands. Heinrich Eugen von Zitzewitz, who was born in Noskowo, was associated with this place. He was a German painter, sculptor, graphic artist, and writer. After World War II, the artist funded the design of the monument "Christ Comes to Sławno" for the town of Sławno. His works can also be found in the church in Sycewice.

The palace was built at the end of the 19th century. At that time, the property was owned by the von Zutz family. The building has two stories and is covered with a high hipped roof. It is characterized by its eclectic form. On the front side, there is a four-story tower, covered with a high tent roof and decorated with cylindrical pinnacles, added at the beginning of the 20th century. The front part has an asymmetrical shape - the tower is shifted southward in relation to the front part. Wide, high stairs lead to the main entrance door, which reaches a single-story veranda. The area in front of the palace is well-kept. Common barberry grows around the driveway to the palace. You can also see species such as western thujas, pea cypresses, nutka cypresses, Japanese quince, and vinegar sumac. Next to the palace, a large specimen of red-leaved beech, common yew, and three blue spruces attract attention.

In the post-war period, the building changed its purpose many times. It housed, among others, a hotel for OHP youth, a kindergarten, and private apartments. Currently, the palace and park are privately owned. The building houses the offices of a farm and the company Erich Stallkamp Polska. The property is in very good condition with a freshly renovated facade. At the entrance to the park and palace, there is a plaque entitled "Treasures of the Sławno Region" providing information about the history of this place.
