The exact date of the building’s construction is unknown; it is believed to have been built shortly after 1903. It is a three-story building without a basement, featuring a usable attic. The building is constructed on a U-shaped foundation and has two outbuildings. It is covered by a gable roof with asymmetrical slopes, featuring dormers topped by spires crowned with spheres.
Particularly noteworthy is the building’s front facade, which is tri-axial. The central axis of the facade is marked by an arched arcade opening; this opening is framed by corbels adorned with decorative tracery featuring geometric and floral motifs. The corbels support a two-story bay window topped by a balcony, while the lower story of the bay window is pierced by window openings resting on a shared parapet cornice. The lower part of the façade is symmetrically divided by large arched windows. There are two windows on each side of the arcade. The lower story is crowned by a parapet cornice. The central axis of the second story is marked by a pentagonal balcony, supported by a segmented pentagonal corbel whose base extends down to the first story.
The building’s facade is decorated with floral motifs and geometric patterns formed by bricks. The use of multicolored bricks emphasizes the building’s architectural richness; a composition of green bricks running above the gable windows draws particular attention. The arches framing the windows are lined with red brick. The tenement house exhibits a distinctive architectural character typical of the early 20th century. The building serves residential and commercial functions. Accessible from the outside.
