The filial church of St. Francis of Assisi was built of fieldstones and brick at the end of the 15th century, and is a late Gothic building. In the 19th century the southern portal of the church was rebuilt into a round-arched portal in a pointed niche. The eastern gable is decorated with blends and pinnacles. During World War II the church was destroyed. Its reconstruction began only in 1982 and took six years. The church grounds are surrounded by fragments of a stone wall with a Gothic gate from the 15th-16th centuries. The interior of the church is decorated with sculptures and paintings with images of saints.
Consecrated on October 5, 1986, it belongs to the Parish of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Sukhan.
