This beautiful eclectic (Neo-Renaissance and Art Nouveau) villa was built in 1897 for a manufacturer of industrial fats. The two-story house, with a raised basement, was designed on a nearly square floor plan. Notable features include: a corner tower with a dome and the Dębno coat of arms, and a glass-enclosed porch with a column-supported balcony. The villa is adorned with tympanums placed above the facade’s projections and the entrance. Additionally, the first floor is decorated with pilasters—flat columns projecting from the wall. Inside, the interiors have been preserved with original woodwork, paintings, and furnishings. The property is complemented by a well-maintained front garden. The house is an architectural counterpart to the factory owners’ villas in Łódź. It serves as the headquarters of the Dębno City and Municipality Public Library. The building is open to visitors during the library’s operating hours.
