The palace was built between 1852 and 1864 and belonged to the von Woetke family at that time. It was designed by the Berlin architect E. Knoblauch. It was a two-story building in the Neo-Gothic style. The building’s highly segmented structure and corner tower gave it the appearance of a defensive structure. Today, the palace lies in ruins; it has lost its roof and ceilings, and the structure is in danger of collapsing. Nevertheless, if you’re in the area, this historic building is worth seeing.
The palace is surrounded by a 19th-century manor park. The property is privately owned.
