The palace in Krzecko was built in the second half of the 19th century. Baron Rudiger von Goltz commissioned the complex, as evidenced by the initials “R.G.” on the balcony balustrade. The building consists of a main body and two side wings. The palace stands ona high stone foundation, in which the basement windows are located. The building has a full basement. The palace has one story and a habitable attic. It is topped by a mansard roof. The building’s windows are rectangular and ornate. At the center of the front facade is a projection topped with a triangular pediment bearing the family coats of arms of the former owners. The projection houses a veranda accessed by a single flight of stairs. The garden facade features a projection housing the staircase. A driveway extends in front of the palace, and beyond it lies a grassy clearing with shrubbery. The palace is fenced in and accessed through a large gate. The building has undergone a major renovation and looks magnificent. Since 1995, the palace has housed a nursing home. For this reason, it is not possible to tour the interior of the palace unless the management grants permission. The palace is surrounded by a beautiful historic park featuring monumental trees.
